We’ve been coming to this dental office since 2017, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best healthcare decisions we’ve made for our family. Dr. Nasseh is exceptional — kind, humble, and deeply professional in everything she does. She takes the time to explain things clearly and never makes you feel rushed, which says a lot in a field where that’s rare. The office has also added a wonderful new secretary who has made every visit even smoother. She’s polite, helpful, and always clear when explaining policies, scheduling, and insurance questions, which takes so much stress out of visits. The dental assistant who works with my children. He is so gentle and careful with them every single time, and that patience has made a huge difference in how comfortable my kids feel about going to the dentist. As a parent, that’s everything. After nearly a decade with this practice, I can say with confidence: this team genuinely cares. Highly recommend to any family looking for a dental office that combines real expertise with real warmth.

The dentists and hygienists are kind, caring and professional. The office, however, is anything but professional. This operation simply cannot keep an appointment. We’ve experienced receiving appointment confirmation texts with dates and times that differ from those we had on the books. We schedule appointments after school (3:30 pm or later) and the office, without exception cannot honor these appointment times and offer appointments during school hours. We book appointments 6 months in advance as we do for dental checkups. Last week the office canceled our appointment the day of because they didn’t have enough dentists working. Today they canceled our appointment at 1 p.m. for a 3:30 p.m. appointment because of equipment malfunction. If it happened once or twice I could live with it. But the rescheduling happens with each and every appointment. Let’s be real, we only go here because they take our insurance. We’ll be seeking another dentist that keeps appointments predictably.

It's always a pleasant experience here for my children! The staff is very nice and knowledgeable and patient with the younger patients. The dentists takes their time and makes each child comfortable with their dental procedures ie cleanings and any extensive work. We have been coming here for so many years and have seen multiple dentists throughout our time here and the experience always remains top tier.

Our family has had wonderful experiences at Hello Smile. Doctor, nurses, staff have excellent rapport with children. I feel like my children are being attended well and treated with care and gentility, since this can still be a scary experience for young/sensitive children. They all left happy with goodie bags and balloons. I also appreciate the staff’s ability to accommodate my son’s requests to make him more comfortable.

We recently visited this dental office for my two children, and the experience was wonderful from start to finish. The entire visit was pleasant, and the staff made my children feel completely comfortable and at ease. The office is professional, clean, and very welcoming. My children are 10+, but while we were there, I saw the team interact with several younger children between the ages of 1 and 5, and they were absolutely excellent with all of them. Every child we saw left the office happy and smiling, which truly speaks volumes. I would highly recommend this practice to any parent looking for a caring and professional dental team.
